Now in its third year, this tradition continues, acknowledging even more dedicated skaters and their achievements. The people have spoken and the fates are sealed… Did your deepest desires come to fruition?

Will the brand ever be dethroned? For two consecutive years, Brunny Hardcore has dominated the competition, claiming victory once again. The drive to push the roller skate industry and technology forward has not gone unnoticed. Just a few of its achievements in 2024 include newly released wheels, bearings, and a plate design that may change the game forever.

This past September, Mud teamed up with Chuffed to release a new video part. It’s no surprise this video came out on top since it’s packed with Mud’s signature flair, featuring inventive grind variations and creative switch-ups that leave us all taking notes.

Within just a couple years, Ruby has gone from testing the waters of street skating to confidently hitting hubbas and handrails by last summer. True to the bold-and-dynamic style we’ve come to admire in many Australian skaters, Ruby’s approach is raw, fast, and inspiring. We’re all looking forward to seeing what’s next for this rising talent.

Lanna designed and released a new signature pro boot in collaboration with Chuffed, accompanied by a promotional video. She claimed first place in vert at the Rage at the Rose contest and was featured on the cover of Quadzilla Zine.

Alli joined the Moonshine team while releasing an announcement video. She also partnered with Moonshine on their first ever quad wheel design. She made appearances in Fantom’s Issue 2 video as well as Movie Skate Co’s Moon Gem.

Moco released her pro wheel with Last Supper, accompanied by a promotional video. She also showcased her talent both on and off the skates by appearing in and editing RSB Skate’s Handmade video.

Ivey appeared in Fantom’s Issue 1 video as well as Brunny Hardcore’s Australia Tour video. She also etched her name in history as one of the select few to skate in the roller skate demos at the X Games Ventura.

She has captured the spotlight this year, not only within the roller skate community but far beyond it. Her speed and massive flips in the park may turn heads, but it was her fearless, high-risk street skating that truly left an unforgettable impression. Now a name known to so many, cheers to, Jammalynn — you’re 2024 Roller Skater of the Year!
